  • CALL our company first to request a return. Returns will not be accepted, refunded, or honored without prior notification to our team. 
  • A customer care representative will guide you in making a valid return to our office. You will receive a Product Returns Confirmation number which you will attach to the package you are returning.
  • In some cases, when you CALL to inform us of product returns, we may send you a replacement or make other arrangements. Our Customer Care Representative will evaluate the need for replacements.
